My Evolution
After running 3 businesses I ended up very drained and identified that the businesses were running me – burnout is such a common term but it was more. I was not feeling respected or heard. I was giving beyond the scope of work to the point of work absorbing my personal life and space. Even with all the breathwork and yoga that normally would allow me to centre and refocus, it became harder and harder to reset. I decided to focus on my own wellness in the workplace and develop tools to help reset – whether you are an employee or management, on a board, in leadership or any role that requires collaborative efforts, I offer programs which have proven effective and allowed for improved workplace satisfaction, performance and personal wellness.
I thrive in creating stress free environments and teaching others how to reduce and limit the daily stressors in their lives. I believe that wellness, yoga and meditation should be all-level and all-inclusive.

5 fun facts about me

A little more pinot noir
Some say Im not your typical wheatgrass and granola yogi. They would be right, I enjoy a really good glass of wine and love to cook with friends and am known to be adventurous. For me, yoga and meditation is as important as sunlight and water. I want to share with everyone the healing benefits and joy. Your body shape, size etc. does not matter, yoga is all level, all inclusive. I love sharing my gift of teaching and healing through reiki, yoga & meditation and through everyday kindness. Life is too short not to try new things and meet new people. Be kind to yourself, if you’re not, how can you expect anyone else to be. Through consistent yoga and meditation practice you will become a different person, for the better! I promise.
